i would like to share some myth busting facts about dementia in a series of post.
MYTH: Only old people get dementia.
FACT: While dementia is more common in older adults, young-onset dementia (before age 65) can occur. It accounts for around 5-10% of cases and can affect people in their 30s, 40s, and 50s.
